Neil Pitt Taupe 80s Leather Jacket
A soft, luxurious leather jacket with a touch of 1980s excess! A classic bulked-out collarless style, beautifully constructed with grouse design details like a concealed zipper, decorative zig zag stitching and a shiny paisley lining to make you feel extra flash. A BIT OF HISTORY
Neil Pitt was born in 1931 and opened Neil Pitt’s Menswear in Charles St, Launceston in 1949, when he was still a teenager! His brother Donald joined the business and were later joined by their brother Brian. Three brothers, one business! They opened a flash new menswear store in the former Majestic Theatre in 1970, which was a 'phenomenon'. Featuring a super modern retail design and in-store café, it was the go-to destination for grouse threads and formal wear.
