A BIT OF HISTORY:
Harry Thurston was born in 1955 and went on to become one of Sydney's leading fashion designers and retailers in the 1980s. He sold local fashion at his boutique Authentic Designs on Oxford Street in Paddington, which was Sydney's premier fashion precinct and known for its independent boutiques, LGBTIQ+ venues and  local street culture.
